Engineered for clarity, potency, and flavor. Four iterations of rigorous refinement, applied to a single traditional infusion. This is what happens when you treat limoncello like a precision instrument.
Unlike traditional peeling, Batch 004 uses microplane zesting to maximize surface area and essential oil extraction. Every pass is deliberate — working strictly above the pith line to eliminate bitterness at the source.
Microplane MethodZest is submerged in 190-proof Everclear and sealed in temperature-stable cellar conditions. This allows the grain alcohol to extract every volatile compound from the lemon zest without oxidation or heat degradation.
Cellar-Stable / DarkPost-infusion, the spirit undergoes multi-stage filtration for high-clarity output. Natuarla sweeteners are introduced, and the batch rests through a full stabilization phase to allow the alcohol and sugar elements to fully integrate.
Multi-Stage FilteredBuild in a large wine glass over ice. Add limoncello first, then prosecco, then a short splash of soda. Do not stir — let the effervescence integrate. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
